iTunes backup location is determined by the OS that computer runs.

Mac OS: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/

Note: "~"represents Home folder. If you don't see Library in your Home folder, hold Option and click the Go menu.

Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
