How to Reset Your Dell Windows 10 Computer to Factory Settings

Step1. Before you reset, you have to go to the Recovery section inside the PC settings. Type "reinstall" in the search bar inside the Start menu then click on "Remove everything and reinstall Windows" in the search results.

Step2. Click on Recovery firstly on the left list. And click on the "Get started" button below the heading "Remove everything and reinstall Windows". Then click "Next" to move on.

Step3. Now you can see the window as shown below.
Just remove my files: If you want to reset it to factory settings quickly, you can choose "Just remove my files", which removes your data quickly and remain some data recoverable.
Fully clean the drive: It may take 50 minutes or more to finish factory resetting depending on the computer's speed. Undoubtedly, it will erase your files and data thoroughly.

Step4. Here click "Reset". Remember, once you click on the Reset button, you aren't allowed to cancel the factory reset process.

Step5. You have to wait for a few minutes. After the Windows 10 factory reset process is completed, you can use it as a new computer.
