  • Q1. What is "Extended Download Service"?

    Extended Download Service helps you get a copy of your download and let you redownload your software for about two years after the data of purchase. It is the service offered and charged by Shareit/RegNow, our partner in payment platform. For more information, you can refer to: https://www.mycommerce.com. If you don't want to purchase this service, please click the button in front of the product name in the shopping list to cancel order. And once you purchased any products from PassFab, you can retrieve the download and registration information at any time for free.

  • Q2. What does back-up CD means?

    Backup CD will keep a copy of your product. If your product got lost due to computer crash or reinstallation, you can use the backup CD to reinstall the product. You are highly recommended to have one. Once an order is processed and the registration, download instructions are issued, it can't be canceled. And we don't refund or exchange products in these circumstances:

    Yes, it is 100% secure. Our secure server is at MyCommerce, a veteran ecommerce company specializing in software. Kindly remind that we won't send any E-mails that use Bitcoin as a transaction to you in any form.

  • Q4. Can I pay for your software by check, purchase order or wire transfer?

    You can pay for our software by the following payment methods: credit-card online, credit-card by phone, credit-card by fax, purchase order, check, wire transfer, PayPal, ACH, postal mail.     Yes, technical support is free. You don't need to pay for technical support. Just contact us at support center in case you face any trouble using our document conversion tool.

  • Q9. What is our refund policy?

    As software developer, we only charge the price as list on the website. For the extra part, it might be the tax or Extended Download Service.

    What is Download Protection/Extended Download Service?

    EDS (External Download Service) is a service provided and charged by the payment platform separately, which lets you store your software download on a secure server for backup purposes for two years.

    Is it necessary to purchase this service?

    Honestly it is not necessary. We provide free downloads and updates for our purchased customers. Go to our official website to download the latest version, or contact us freely.

    How to get refund of EDS?

    As a separate charge from our software, you need to contact payment platform to request a refund of this service.

  • Q2. How to fix when I purchased the wrong software?

    In this case, we can exchange for you directly if the two software has the price difference within $10. Beyond this, you need to pay price difference for swap
