    Extended Download Service helps you get a copy of your download and let you redownload your software for about two years after the data of purchase. And once you purchased any products from PassFab, you can retrieve the download and registration information at any time for free.

    Backup CD will keep a copy of your product. If your product got lost due to computer crash or reinstallation, you can use the backup CD to reinstall the product. You are highly recommended to have one. Once an order is processed and the registration, download instructions are issued, it can't be canceled. And we don't refund or exchange products in these circumstances:
